Terms & Conditions of amd303

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" — the amd303 website accessible at https://amd303.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Account" — the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by amd303 subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions distinct from those governing real-money funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required by the Company before authorizing withdrawals or processing large deposits.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the sole supported currency on the amd303 Platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform operations, promotion schedules, and customer service hours.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which access to, or use of, the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on amd303, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal forms may not register Accounts.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. amd303 operates a strict minimum-age policy. You may be required to provide documentary proof of your age at any point during the account lifecycle.
3. You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be located in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful.
5. You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by amd303 or any affiliated platform.
6. You must not be listed on any government-mandated exclusion database applicable to gambling services.

amd303 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified in the request may result in account suspension or closure.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the amd303 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, your valid Indonesian phone number, and your active email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. amd303 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• amd303 staff will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You must update your Account information promptly if any registered details change.

amd303 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering standards. KYC verification is required before a User's first withdrawal and may also be triggered by large deposit volumes, unusual account activity, or at the Company's discretion.

Accepted identity documents for KYC verification include:

• Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) — the standard Indonesian national identity card. This is the preferred document for Indonesian residents and must be valid (not expired).
• A valid Indonesian passport in lieu of KTP, where the KTP is unavailable.
• A bank account statement or e-wallet account screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method registered on the Account.

Documents submitted for KYC must be clear, unobstructed, and unedited. amd303 reserves the right to reject documents that appear to have been altered, obscured, or are of insufficient quality for verification purposes. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

amd303 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following supported payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger enhanced KYC scrutiny.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds transferred from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded to the source, and the associated Account may be suspended pe nding investigation.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• amd303 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes of the transfer being completed, contact our 24/7 support team with your transfer receipt for prompt resolution.
• amd303 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Account holder's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals to a payment method different from the one used for the most recent deposit may require additional verification.

amd303 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours (WIB). During periods of high transaction volume, processing may extend to a maximum of 3 hours. The Company does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes, as settlement is also dependent on the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with these Terms, including wagering requirements on any associated Bonus Funds.
• amd303 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests above Rp 50.000.000.
• Funds originating from bonus credits must satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• amd303 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside the Company's control.

amd303 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to newly registered members upon their first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount, match percentage, minimum deposit threshold, and Wagering Requirement are detailed on the active promotion page.
• Reload Bonuses: Periodic deposit bonuses available to existing members. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion.
• Cashback: A percentage of net losses refunded to eligible members on a weekly basis, subject to the cashback rate applicable to the member's current VIP tier.
• Referral Bonuses: Awarded when a referred individual successfully registers, verifies their identity, and completes a qualifying deposit.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

1. Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
2. amd303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
4. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are credited as Bonus Funds until the applicable Wagering Requirement is met, at which point the eligible amount converts to real-money Balance.
5. Only bets placed on qualifying games contribute toward the Wagering Requirement. Contribution rates vary by game category and are published on the promotions page.

All bets placed on the amd303 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as published within the Platform, in addition to these general provisions:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where the Platform explicitly offers a "Cash Out" facility for the relevant market and the User initiates the Cash Out before the relevant event concludes.
• amd303 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system error, data feed error, or human input error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Account Balance.
• For sports betting markets, including bandar bola (Asian handicap football wagering) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting), the result of each selection is determined by the official result of the relevant sporting body at the time the event is declared final. Bets settled in error will be corrected and re-settled.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event, per sport, and per game category. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted at the Company's discretion.
• The Company's decision on the outcome of any game, event, or bet dispute is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in Clause 16.

amd303 is committed to providing a safe and sustainable entertainment environment. We provide the following player-protection tools directly within the Account dashboard, accessible at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of each gaming session. A notification will appear when the limit is reached, and the session will be ended automatically.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of the current session and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 30 days. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive promotional communications.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported immediately and will be subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate the outcome of any event or game.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts (see Clause 3).
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any third party.
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorization.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward amd303 staff or other Users.

All content on the amd303 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of amd303 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit the User to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written consent from amd303.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use any amd303 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any context without express written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, amd303 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss or corruption of data.
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations that have been subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. amd303 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of any service for a particular purpose. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, amd303's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no event shall amd303's aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by amd303 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

amd303 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, server-side data encryption at rest, and strict access controls — to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

amd303 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which amd303 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure (see Clause 16) shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence. Indonesian players retain all statutory protections afforded to them under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation to the extent that such protections cannot be contractually waived.
